My experience.

I work with adults who struggle with relationship conflicts, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, and family dysfunctional patterns.

We examine the emotional entanglements that keep you stuck in adaptive behaviors.

Growth through awareness and application helps you work through the challenges.

My approach.

My training involves a psychodynamic approach, along with attachment models of understanding ourselves. I additionally view clients through a multicultural lens and the contributing consciousness’ affecting personal struggles.

The ways in which we’ve held onto our experiences & the perceptions as a result, are some of the contributing factors towards inner struggles & imbalances.

We’ll observe how past patterns are affecting your present and call upon the part of you that is more informed and capable. We’ll unpack feelings around these struggles that have kept you stagnant and entangled.

General outcomes you seek are to face challenges you’ve avoided, gain insight towards inner growth, learn boundary setting, work on triggers, alleviate symptoms, grow in confidence, etc. Overall therapy is geared to assist you in accessing more of your true nature.
